Comfort In The Daily Grind

I was thinking about what comforts me, not necessarily when upset, but even the little things I do during normal days, just to show myself I care....for myself. The little things that help me take a step back from the daily grind and remind me that life is meant to be enjoyed.  I wrote a blog on singing, not performance singing, but just singing for myself, because I enjoy music, and I would put that under my list of comfort tools. I Used To Not Sing

I do not remember much when I was little…never have, so I know it is not just old age. So I cannot tell you if I was a little kid who went around singing or not. But I can tell you that I remember as a teenager, I used to sing. I was in choir at school and at church.
