One memory I have from growing up was Sunday drives. We did not take them every Sunday, but I do remember taking them. One special thing we used to do was go through the MacDonalds drive through and we would each get an ice-cream and a fry. We would dip the fries in the ice-cream. We Did One Thing Right

I am going to tell you a story about our youngest daughter.  I describe her life, right from the moment of conception until today at 13 years old, as just a whole lot of surprises.  Allora was 9 months old when I discovered I was pregnant again. The Cursed Blessing of Parenting

The one thing I can say for certain is I have experience when it comes to parenting,  since I have five children.  Now I have to say that even though I have five kids, I have never been a fan of babies, which I know is not popular to say.  The most common response when I share is "But babies are so cute, how could you not like babies".  Interestingly enough, I never get that response from people who currently have a baby in their home, more often the response then is "I get it, babies are hard".  That truth...

Style

As a mother it has always been important to me to let my children feel the freedom to express themselves through their clothing. Sometimes that works in my favour, Adaliah (11) LOVED wearing fancy dresses from the age of 2 till about the last year or so. It was so much fun to find (cheap, used) dresses for her. And since we always got them second hand, she was free to wear them wherever and whenever she wanted.
